Every recipe I have had in this book has tasted great so far. I was afraid that a drawback of the diet would be cooking 3 meals a day but the recipes are mostly pretty simple and quick. It did cost a lot the first week to buy all the unusual ingredients, but then after that it has been about the same amount we spent on food before. As other say, I am not sure the carb count is low enough to send you into ketosis, but I lose weight on this diet and feel much more energy. If in the future the weight loss slows, I figure I will pay attention to the carbs more. Right now I am just following random days in the meal plan. The only drawback to the book is that it needs a recipe index or have the page numbers to the recipes included in the meal plan section. I typed up my own index if anyone wants it:
