Kettlebells are great - but can be very dangerous if not handled properly. Mr. Ethridge demonstrates - with great detail and from 4 perspectives - each exercise.

Some reviewers whined about not illustrating muscle groups and such - go hit a book or think about it. This video is designed to demonstrate common exercises and how to execute them properly and safely.

This is a fine tool for that purpose.

Only thing I really noticed is speaking very low and not mentioning dip drive for movements where pressing or snatching the kettlebell is involved. A number of exercises were taught and showing movement once for each of the four angles was a nice idea.

Please note I have some kettlebell experience so not recommended for absolute beginners. The instructor only shows the movements but not what muscles are worked.

For anyone considering to integrate Kettlebell into their core/functional training and wanting to learn the correct technique of performing the different exercises, you must choose this video. Mr.Ethridge has done an excellent, excellent, job at demonstrating each exercise from different angles. Personally, I rented the video for my first viewing and have decided to purchase the hard copy version.

This video is stupid. He demonstrates techniques, but you have no idea what muscles are being worked with the exercises. You're basically just watching him do things without having a clue what he's doing! There is no dialogue or narrative. Should've rented it prior to buying. Wish I could get my money back.
