• Out of the box, it sets up incredibly easy.
• Install the filter to the water vessel, add water and you're good to go.
• You can use any K-Cup in this machine.
• Selecting "Coffee", you are offered four brewing volumes to choose from. 6, 8, 10 and 12 ounces.
• You can also select Latte/Cappuccino, which results in a strong shot from your pod of choice.
• The heated frother is impressive. I can't believe what it does to 2% Lactaid!
• Brewing times are very efficient and clean-up is very simple.
• The water reservoir is easy to handle, refill and reinstall.
• It's not overly noisy.
• It has a larger footprint than our classic brewer but having the heated frother is worth it.
• The design is smartly efficient and very good looking.
Added 7/21/18:
I've added a picture showing the results of frothing a single latte serving of 2% Lactaid. I think you can see the line between the froth and the liquid about half way. It's amazing. Really, the frother is the point in this model and it makes all kinds of things possible.

The Keurig unit here is a mix of all I like about my other machines. Pod-based coffee (which allows for a variety of coffees), easy easy easy clean-up, still has latte / cap capabilities (again, with easy clean-up), and it's a good looking machine to boot.
First, what's great:
- Obviously, it's a very good looking unit. Happy to have it in full display anywhere in the home.
- With one minor exception, it's built very well. Not blown away by the water container's durability, but I won't knock stars off given it hasn't given me any trouble.
- It's very flexible. 2oz - 12oz, coffee (drip, decaf, espresso, latte, caps), cocoa, tea, cider, etc.
- It's fun - all the options allow everyone in the family to have their own personalized drink, without just having mountains of pot coffee everywhere. We're excited for this thing when we start renting out our place - we believe guests will be pleased.
- It's simple - single button stuff. It's hard to mess it up. The only thing that took us a minute to figure out is that you must work a little slowly when switching from coffee to milk frothing. You cannot do both at the same time, and when the coffee finishes, there is a slight delay before you can start milk frothing. To that point, milk frothing takes over a minute, but again, this makes sense as the milk is typically ice cold. We're having the most luck with 2%, though we've used oat, soy, half and half, etc. All good.
Recommend this bad boy - really appreciate the flexibility, simplicity and fun of the unit. Good stuff.

The product itself is great - I was a barista a while back, so my expectations were quite low for the frother in comparison to what I was used to, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The downside is that you can get this product for 199 - 225 if you order directly from the keurig website, or Canadian Tire. When I bought it here it was 289 with taxes, and now it's 289 before taxes. If you're cool with the price gauging then it's a great product.

Loved all the functionality of this Keurig. Beautiful design. Can instantly make hot or cold beverages - latte, espresso shot, cappuccino, or iced latte; alongside your regular cuppa. The milk frother is excellent and easy to clean. Who knew homemade froth could become a bare necessity? Comes with clear instructions and the machine is easy to use. I have always owned a drip coffee maker, despite being a coffee person - and this coffee maker to me is a blessing. The price point is a bit high. However, one huge drawback is the mess this makes. Designed by a company that deals primarily in coffee machines and priced at this point - I don't think this should have been overlooked. When dispensing the pod in 'shot' mode - the coffee spits everywhere as you can see in the image. Don't know if this defect with the nozzle is particular to the unit I received. Wondering if others have faced this issue?
