Another case of "you get what you pay for."
The key cap puller is reasonably good quality I suppose but it's a bit small.
The switch puller seems decent enough, but there's no horizontal alignment so when you close it you have to be extremely careful or it will go all cross-eyed on you.
The brush is a perfectly acceptable brush. Considering the wood is unfinished, it's probably worth about twenty-five cents.
The grabber tool works surprisingly well. However, it's extremely scratchy. It would be a good first thing to lube before you go to work.
The little pouch is fine I guess. However, it would be a lot more practical if it opened on the long side instead of the short side. It's difficult to fish the smaller tools out of the tiny opening on the end. I'm not really sure what the pouch is made of. It's like thick felt. Is it linen? Fiberglass? No idea. Even though it's not very nice, the inclusion of the pouch gives a sense of added value to the kit.
So yeah, it's not the greatest set, and each of the tools have extremely questionable design choices. But it cost less than ten dollars including tax. Is it worth $9.58? I don't know. I suppose it depends on if you're replacing one or two keys or multiple whole keyboards. For a small job it's fine, but for a big job it will probably drive you nuts.
