VANESSA KING is a Board Member and the lead positive psychology expert for Action for Happiness. She led the development of the 10 Keys and speaks for Action for Happiness around the world. Vanessa's first degree was in psychology and later she completed a Master's degree under Martin Seligman at the University of Pennsylvania.

There is so much advice out there, so many happiness studies and inspiring stories ... but Vanessa King has managed to find a way to corral much of it and present it in a format that is readable and easy to reference to be able to find the inspiration you seek in a format that includes both short stories and bullet points.
A very good summary and reminders of all the great advice we've been told or read or seen in listicles and blogs and on Medium.com, etc etc etc over and over but all in one useful volume.
Good index and resource section too for further reading.
If you enjoy self-help books are seeking to be happier and gain more meaning from your life, if you want to delve into happiness research but only have time to read one book of the zillions on the topic, this is a good one
