Keystone Pantry Non-GMO Allulose Natural Rare Sugar Sweetener 3-Lb Jar Gluten-free, Vegan, Kosher Pareve Packed in a tamper evident reusable sturdy plastic jar with hand grip Wide-mouth screw top making it easy to measure out ingredients No flimsy, easily spilled lightweight plastic bag, with a hard to close zipper closure Low-Calorie Sugar Substitute Natural Rare Sugar Sweetener 21 calories per 100 grams only 1 calories per teaspoon Product Description Allulose is a rare sugar, meaning that it is naturally occurring in natural products. It is an ultra low calorie sugar with only 1 calorie per teaspoon. It has the same bulk and browning characteristics as white sugar but almost none of the calories. When used in baking it will brown faster than sugar so may require a slightly lower cooking temperature. GMO free (IGEN tested 9542018) Ingredients Non-GMO Allulose Allulose is 70% the sweetness of sucrose (table sugar). Contains 4 carbs per teaspoon but since the body does not absorb allulose the net effect is zero carbs. Allulose was original identified in wheat 70 years ago. It is found naturally in figs, raisins, dates, and jack fruit.

Refer to pictures. My other allulose is granular but a little finer than table sugar. In my opinion it has a pleasant subtle sweetness. The Keystone Pantry allulose is finer, closer to a powder. I don't perceive a bitter aftertaste but it seems slightly less sweet than the other brand. Neither of these products tastes like table sugar.
I do not test my blood sugar so I can't yet make any claims as to whether this puts me out of ketosis. I do however have a breath-ketone meter so I will do some testing once I get another batch of low-carb soft-serve ice cream made.
