We immediately used this craft kit to make butterflies Christmas tree ornaments following our Apologia butterfly lesson. It was perfect and so much fun! There are plenty more supplies for many projects to come. I love how it’s so organized with so many different supplies so you can just grab it and get to work. I highly recommend it. I did also use a hot glue gun, which as an adult with my kids, helped a lot.

This was a terrific gift for the young arts and crafts person. It has many items inside that allows a child to use his/her imagination. The only criticism I have of this item is that I almost spilled the contents out when I opened it to inspect. I did add a piece of velcro with sticky sides onto the cardboard flap so if one is using the handle, the items would not fall out of the box.
