These are a great size for both kids and parents to hold. The shape is just perfect, the sharpness of the fork is just right for usefulness without being unsafe, the spoons hold a solid amount without being too big for a kiddie mouth. Using them with a 3yo girl, and she loves the little frogs on them. And the weight of them, and the weight distribution is really great, even though that's such a subtle thing. Basically they're a pleasure to use and are effective for their intended purpose, which is toddler self feeding, or parent feeding of a toddler. Well done stainless steel usually lasts forever, and these seem like they'll last forever. I have stainless steel stuff from when I was a toddler and they almost become like heirlooms, they last so long.

UPDATE: The above girl is now almost 5 and now I have a 2yo boy, and I got another set of these because they both love to use them. They're amazing.

I searched high and low for something that would work for my daughter. The "spork" type forks weren't cutting it anymore and she was getting frustrated and giving up trying g to use the fork at all. I liked that these were metal but also have a sort of chunky handle. They look beautiful too. My daughter (almost 3) was so excited to have silverware that looks like ours. She feels very grown up, especially if she uses the knife (rare). We got the "education" set that has no characters on them. Going to see if 2 forks and 2 spoons on rotation works (plus the one knife). If not we'll buy more. We've been putting them in the dishwasher with no issues so far. I'm sure eventually they will get scratched but so does ours.

I purchased 3 sets as a Christmas gift for my older kids. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the product- the weight, size, durability-- They are prefect for little hands (ages 8, 7, and 4), and they love to use them at meal times. I had their names engraved on the handles so they know which utensils are theirs :) The lady at the engraving shop was taken aback with the quality of the product as well and she liked that the handle was nice and wide for the engravings. I have to purchase two more sets in the future for my other two littles :)

I’m very happy with these utensils so far. They are made of a much better quality stainless steel then what you’d find at dept stores, which is what I wanted. The handle is a perfect size for his little hands and has wide rounded edges for a better grip. It washes great in the dishwasher. My 2 yo gets so excited to use his big boy fork and spoon and shows us the frog every time, telling us about the mommy frog, daddy frog, baby frog....you get the point. I highly recommend.

We really enjoy this silverware for our 1 year old and 3 year old. We purchased one set a year ago and just recently purchased a second set to have enough for both kids. The pieces have held up great with both hand washing and washing in the dishwasher. The knife cuts, but is dull enough for our toddlers to safely use. The forks and spoons are just the right size for toddlers and young children. After one year of use the original set still looks brand new.
