Now the form factor for this item is undeniable, but it has exceeded my expectations. I show it to just about anyone who will look at it. The card is made of thick steel. It is not going to bend or break unless you are trying to bend or break it. Even then, without tools or leverage, I don't think it would be very easy to do. It also opens bottles better than any bottle opener I've ever owned. This is a small thing, granted, because prying off bottle caps isn't rocket surgery, but by making you press down on one side and roll the other side up, it does actually make plucking the bottle cap off incredibly easy, and if you like to collect them for whatever reason, they are not deformed. This is a very cool opener on every level, even if it is a little pricey.

This is a rather unique, and very useful bottle opener. I bought it because of the way it looks, and the perfect five star reviews.

I have already tested it on a couple of beer bottles, and it works like charm. If I lose this one, I will buy a replacement.

So why am I taking of two stars? Three reasons;

-Overpriced: There is no getting around this. All it is, is a relatively thick piece of stainless steel, with a design cut out, and eight painted indents. Similar cards can be made for a lot less, and you can find a survival card for less than a tenth of the price easily.
-Poor Quality Control: The edges are somewhat rough and sharp, the paint in the A and Ace symbols is sloppy.
-There is a small dent, and tons of little imperfections/scratches. Nothing too distracting, but not something I'm not willing to accept without criticism on a brand new item.

At my bachelor party no one had a bottle opener except for the one guy who didn't really drink much. I decided to rectify that by buying them these playing card bottle openers. I of course, got one for myself.

They are impressive and definitely stand out. I had intended for them to be something you could carry in your wallet, but they're a little hefty for that. Ultimately, I think that's a good thing. Since the opener and card pretty much encapsulate the bottle cap, it's about the smoothest, easiest opener I've actually used.

I usually keep it magnetized to our fridge. It is a bit heavy for every day carrying, however if I'm ever going to a bachelor party I'm sure to slip it into my wallet for the night.

When buying this I took the gamble (ha, ha...) and hoped it wouldn't be some flimsy cheap looking piece of junk.

The product is beefy, strong, and exactly the same size as a credit card.

It will make your wallet heavier if you choose to carry it in a credit card slot, so if you are looking for something thin and light this isn't your product.

If you are looking for a tank of a bottle opener that looks cool, that is what you'll get.

I needed a bottle opener that I could bring with me everywhere that I go - I was tired of hunting for one at parties, picnics, and even just at home by myself.

This thing does not disappoint. Not only is it efficient at opening bottles, but it fits in my wallet (which is extremely convenient).
It looks very cool to boot, and people are always impressed and would like to know where I got it!

The price is perhaps a little much for a hunk of metal like this, and some of the lettering is beginning to wear away already...however, the metal is thick and sturdy, so I am sure I will be enjoying this opener for many years to come.

I have been casually looking for a new beer bottle opener since we "lost" our previous one somewhere in the house. When I saw this one (as a card player), I really wanted it to work - and it got good reviews so I thought I'd try it.

I was not disappointed upon arrival. It definitely has a "cool factor" about it, and it works very well. It's also easy to find in our kitchen utilities drawer. It seems durable, like it will last a long time. No cons to speak of.

I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a new bottle opener.

Pros
- it fits in my wallet. It's not credit card thin, maybe 3 or 4 credit cards thick, but it does fit in mine at least
-purely as a bottle opener it works, and thus far has shown no signs of wear

Cons
-paint job on one side is slightly off. I'd rather no paint and have the A and symbol just carved out of the steel. Hopefully over time the paint will fade.

Bottom line, it's a functional and damn cool bottle opener. Could use a bit more attention to the details, but I'm quite happy with it.

I ordered 5 of these b/c they were on sale for a while, and within 10 minutes of me opening them up, one of my friends was trying to buy one off me. Since I've been carrying one in my wallet, I've shown it to lots of family/friends, and most of them have thought it was pretty cool. The stamper that puts the black ink on could have been a little more accurate, but I didn't notice that for a while, and no one else has so far. Besides, it's not like it was expensive, and they are made of stainless steel (which is usually expensive). The bottom line is that this ace pops caps easily and with class.
