I ordered these last December for gifts and was very pleased with them. I wanted to buy a set for myself but hesitated when I read the most recent reviews that glasses were arriving scratched and damaged. They are the most aesthetic design out there for travel glasses and the gift sets I gave are holding up fine. I took a gamble, ordered and my set arrived in perfect condition. It appears they have upgraded the packaging which now includes a thick cardboard lining inside the box completely surrounding and separating each glass. Each glass is also wrapped in plastic. The box is then wrapped by Amazon in plastic bubble wrap and placed inside another heavy cardboard box. The glasses are a nice heavier weight plastic and I'm sure they will be sturdy enough to survive in my luggage. I'd say go for it! Appears the problem has been solved.

Got these as a gift for a friend who loves mason jars. My original intention was to get her a mason jar wine glass, but these shot glasses were more of a novelty and needless to say she absolutely loved them... actually, the whole group did and now I have been tasked to get a shot glass for the whole group!
They are small glasses, and the mouthpiece is a little narrow - if you are into the cocktail shots you might have a little challenge to get all the 'ingredients' into the jar, but for straight liquor shots these are perfect. Also noticed for one or two of them the liquid got up a bit into the handles so you should rinse the glasses out as soon as possible after the shot is taken, otherwise the liquid will dry up in there and that will create more problems for you.
Definately recommended to any mason jar lover/collector :-)

For $10, these shot glasses are a good deal. I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend and he likes them a lot. The glass is not of the best quality and all 4 of the glasses are a slightly different color because of that. But then again, they don't cost very much and they have held up well to being used by several people. So far, none of them have broken in the dishwasher.
Overall, they don't have to be the absolute best to make a pretty cool set. The slight variation doesn't bother me or my boyfriend and none of our friends really scrutinizes them when drinking anyway. The more important part to me is that they have held up to lots of use!

This product is extremely cool, but I had to ask myself how often I would do "shots" at home? Okay, when I realized the answer to that was next to never I decided to turn these lovely shot glasses into flower pots! Ha, yep I put dirt in the head and put seedlings in them and it looks like flowers are growing out of a brain. ;-) Yes, it's the regular shot glass size, but that's cool it looks great.

You can use these to measure ingredients when cooking. They are well made and can be used as decorations. They can also be special occasion shot glasses that you rarely take out unless you are an alcoholic, so if you aren't take my advice use these beautiful glasses for something else. ;-)
