I purchased this card carrier in 2015. I still use it and everything still works. Of course I paid half of what it's going for today. I am still pleased with my purchase. I carry this in my large tote bag and sometimes it gets lost in the bottom of my bag. It's tough enough to endure the many items that have been in my bag the last two years. Lol! As a real estate agent you can imagine what I carry around. Whenever I bring it out to hand someone a card they ask me where I go tit from and they think it's cool. I store around 30 cards in it, this is one of the nest card holders I have ever purchased.

This gets laughs from everyone, everywhere I bring it. It's super fun to pull out and pretend that it's a real suitcase. Often times, I'll even make a statement such as "let me check what i brought with me" or "have you seen my suitcase? I left it on the table, where did it go?"

The reason it got 4 stars is because quality of hinges is kinda crappy, sometimes it scratches the business cards inside.

The case arrived pretty quickly. It seems sturdy and of good quality. It can definitely hold a lot of of business cards (it is pretty deep) and could probably double as a wallet for credit cards, license, etc just like the description says. I'm a little concerned about how well the little locks are going to hold up over time but we shall see. I'm sure it'll be okay since no one else has mentioned a problem. Overall, I'm excited to start using it. Looks great.

A nice surprise and true delight to use. It is surprisingly well constructed in all fine detail. Sturdy, no sharp edges on any of the metal details, great looking matte aluminum finish. Latches open and close with the characteristic click of an attaché case. Roomy, can easily hold a driver license, 8 credit cards, a few business cards and some cash, perfect RFID safe replacement of a full-size wallet, but with a pleasantly reduced footprint (L x W x H = 3-7/8" x 2-1/2" x 5/16"), but more roomy than a metal business card holder (which can accommodate only 1 driver license, 3 credit cards, plus 3-5 business cards MAXIMUM; best for clubbing, though...).

UPDATE, a few (2 to 4) years later. The quality/reliability of this item went from excellent to miserable over the span of a few years. The cheap bits and pieces that were there in the first place went even cheaper, all the way to TRASH quality. Sadly, but my recommendation went from 5 start to ZERO stars. (Amazon allows only 1 star as the lowest rating. They should allow ZERO and even NEGATIVE stars, for items where the quality went from excellent all the way to garbage, as - unfortunately - happened with this item.)
Please, DO NOT BUY this. You will only waste your money and have your expectations grievously disappointed, just as I have been over the past few years.

I bought this back in March in 2014, the only reason why I am buying another one is because I lost it recently. I kept 5 credit cards, my ID, 20's, 10's, 5's and ones1's, wrapped around the credit cards. It all fit. NO problems with the latches at all and very sturdy. It always turns heads every time I go to purchase something. It is metal so over time (for me after 10 months of use) it will scratch some, but to be honest it doesn't even matter because of the color and it still was in very decent shape. Might be a little big in thickness, but it's not a problem, buy it you won't regret it.

I really liked this little case! I have a few problems with it though. First, when kept in my pocket, it is prone to being pressed out of shape with its two main halves. Second, the latches are rather weak. One has broken off completely. Finally, I only got a little less than three months use out of it. For being under $10, I guess you get what you pay for...

Wallets love to inch their way out of my pockets. So I use this to store all my credit cards, business cards, etc. My money of course is kept in my front pocket. But this cool little thing keeps my data away from hackers, keeps business cards from getting soaked if my pocket gets wet (rain, butt sweat, etc), and keeps it all in my pocket so I don't lose it all! Of course what I really love is that I get tons of comments from people about my cool little briefcase. The ladies seem way more impressed with it than they should be. No clue why, but I find it entertaining. So for something so cheap this seems to have a ton of value. It has held up for months already with zero problems.
