Fat or skinny, you will LOVE this book. Sure, it is about killing a fat guy, and a proven method for weight loss that actually works, but beyond that.... so much further beyond that! You need this book, for your body AND for your mind. Getting thin isn't enough, getting healthy is as much a mind set as it is about losing weight. Killing the fat guy is about killing the BS that makes you unhappy, unhealthy, and uninspired. BUY this book. Don't bother reading any more reviews.... you just need this book!

YES!! this book is so inspiring as it shows that no matter what our belief systems, we can change our mindset and give it a new meaning. By focusing on awakening the fit person in us and not just focusing on food and diet we are led on a path of self-discovery. Each day Gary takes us closer to our true self and the person we are meant to be. So CHEERS to Gary for teaching us the secret and shining his light!. A MUST READ for those struggling. I highly recommend it!

Gary is a "Real Person" who has struggled with something that a lot of people struggle with, including myself. In today's world, it is just too easy to buy Junk food. The problem is that it is filled with hollow nutrition and empty promises. I applaud Gary for being so open and honest about his battle with food, and his book is an inspiration to start or continue changing your thoughts about food and feeding your body properly. I recommend this book to anyone who is really serious about losing weight and becoming the person who they want to be.

The strategies shared in this book apply to people of all body types; it is truly about shifting one's mindset from A to B, whether that is "fat" or "thin", sad to happy, tall to short (okay, maybe not that one).
Gary's story and insight are worth checking out!

I appreciate the strong action plan. Get a notebook specifically to go along with this book and get to work! The guided work is very concrete and if you do it, you will get results. It's like having Robbins, Rohn, Covey and all the other masters right by your elbow guiding your progress.

The book was boring and I saw no benefit in reading. I stop after the first chapter. I really hate your telling me how many words to write. It's the main reason I don't comment on books more often

Great read! This is true as it pertains to thinking. The key is changing our minds. Once we change our mind about bodies will change.
