From the Author
Casey & Catt, involve their protagonists in assorted mayhem to go along with the murders. I think of them as cozy procedurals. So if you're weary of the blood-fest of novels featuring various serial killers, I hope you'll find my humorous cozies provide some light relief!
It's my belief that 'family' often causes problems, which is the basis on which I set out to write both of my procedural series. In the Rafferty & Llewellyn series, my DI, Joe Rafferty has the misfortune to come from a family who think - if he must be a copper - he might at least have the decency to be a bent one.
And my DCI 'Will' Casey in the Casey & Catt series, similarly, has parents that are wildly unsuitable for a career policeman: a pair of irresponsible, drug-raddled old hippies, for whom the Sixties never died.
I love writing both series and am glad to report that I have no cause to suffer from nightmares!
If you add any of these books to your TBR pile, I think you'll find them a fun read. Hope so.
