About the Author
Rabbi Daniel Kohn received rabbinical ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary in 1991 and has practiced aikido for the last fifteen years. Serving as a professional educator and congregational spiritual leader in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California, Rabbi Kohn’s articles have appeared in Tikkun Magazine, The Jewish Spectator, Aikido Today Magazine and online at Jewish.com, MyJewishLearning.com, Belief.net and InterfaithFamily.com. A second degree black belt in aikido, Rabbi Kohn lives with his wife and daughter in the San Francisco Bay area.
