    I've been using this flour for a couple of years now and tried multiple recipes using it. It's an excellent gluten-free flour blend and I see it mentioned in many GF recipes.

    I never have to add anything extra to it (like xanthan gum) and one would never know that it's gluten-free since every baked good I've used it in tastes amazing!

    I thought it was a great value for the cost and I would easily recommend it to anyone using gluten-free flour.

    Gluten-free flours are still pretty limited when it comes to replacing wheat flours - that's just the state of things in this still new culinary frontier. That said - it made a couple of really good coffee cakes here. I think use in pastries which need low- structural protein flours. Like cakes, pie crusts or fried items.

    It doesn't hold as much moisture as regular flour (that's another job gluten does well) - However, it doesn't stale as quickly either.

    If your main goal is eliminating gluten from your diet - you will be very happy with this flour. I'll be using it for muffins & quick breads next. But if you are hoping to bake a close facsimile of a chewy ciabatta, this isn't the stuff.

    As a home baker whom specializes in gluten free baking, this is hands down my favorite secret weapon. I had a plethora of recipes which I switched over to GF. With this flour it made it seamless to change these traditional recipes to GF without worrying about changes to consistency or flavor. I have received compliments from people who are not on a GF diet, those that have been GF for years and all the in between and they all agree, they can’t believe all my products are in fact GF. This flour is delicious and cost effective. I was able to use enough of it that I would utilize subscribe and save for the additional savings.

    The only things this flour does not work for is sandwich type bread, biscuits, rolls etc. I have tried, believe me. They turn out very dense. King Arthur does have “GF bread dough mix” though, and I have heard good things about it.
