I have been using this flour for years with excellent results. I think it is one of the most consistent quality flours one can buy in the USA. It has plenty of gluten to aid in the making of many baked goods including baguettes. I use this flour almost daily to bake as baking breads is my hobby. I actually think the typical prices one pays for this flour in America is subsidized and truly a great deal when compared to similar quality flours from Europe. Non-GMO, non-bromated, non-bleached. Excellent flour.

The very best bread flour you can buy across the USA (IMHO). Consistent fabulous rises for my no knead breads. A non-GMO product, not bleached, nor bromated. No preservatives. I use KA bread flour to make no knead breads (white, rye, sourdough, etc), pizza, dinner sweet rolls, kaiser rolls, baguettes, bagels, ciabatta, cinnamon rolls, babka, poppy seed roll, fougasse and other baked goods. I have tried many other bread flours and I can tell the difference in the rise. Wonderful gluten development with KA flour. The consistency of KA bread flour is what keeps me coming back. I bake no knead bread many different ways and KA bread flour works beautifully using all the different methods: cast iron dutch oven, baguette pan, silicone bread baker, corning ware, muffin pans, and cast iron pizza pan. I find KA bread flour, 75% hydration with non-chlorinated water gives me the very best rise with no knead bread recipes. Many items I bake go as gifts.. and everyone loves fresh bread gifts with KA bread flour. Highly recommend.

I've been making a no-knead bread recipe for about 6 months now, and this is hands down the best flour for bread-making that I've tried - and I've tried at least four big name & store brands. I'm a pretty good "home" baker, but certainly not a pro, so I'm not sure why the results from this flour are superior; I just know they are. It works just as well in everything else I bake. Amazon's Prime Pantry price is about the same as I've found in most grocery stores where I've looked, but it's at least $1.25+ cheaper than on the KAF website - and that's definitely not including their exorbitantly high shipping costs. If you're a serious baker, do,yourself a favor and try this stuff!

I tried several flours to make bread, 'til I found King Artthur, since then I have been devoted forever for this brand. The texture of the dough is silky, soft, smooth you can feel your bread will came out outstanding before putting it into the oven. You can see the gluten being formed beautifully adding some yeast, and the final results are amazing, wonderfull taste with a crumb of first quality bread. My Chelsea Loaf achieve mythic levels of reviews from my friends, and every bread creation I have done have been a success since then. If you know how to make bread (at the beginning is really tricky and difficult practice first with a cheaper brand), you can't go wrong with this flour, go for it!
