Helpful hint: do NOT destroy the box when you open it. The only instructions for assembly are the 4 pictures on the front of the box.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase. No complaints here.
I suppose metal bed frames are just not made the way they used to be. We are saving up for a real nice bed!
The frame is an absolute rockstar. It rocks and shudders barely able to support my 138 pound frame, I feel as though I am sleeping on a canoe on an ocean shore. But its an absolute roller coaster when my wife (a whole of 112 pounds) joins me on the bed.
Skip this product, the only thing it can really support is a room full of air (provided its not too cold).
And the shipment cost is unjustified, the day my shipment arrived it came with missing wheels, defective supports etc. They shipped me the wheels in a few days, but the wheels were defective as well (the brakes are not brakes, they're possibly some sort of decorative appendage, which is hilarious because it just makes the wheels look uglier). Overall, I wasted 50 bucks, the 'heavy duty' frame now sits in my closet as a constant reminder of my stupidity.
Oh and important. Very important. When you get disappointed with the product and leave a feedback, this company will pester you with calls asking you to remove your feedback for a 20$ credit! Unbelievable. Do not leave product feedback on the link you receive in your mail box, Amazon will remove it because their rules say no product feedback. That belongs on this page, just hit the 'create your feedback' to berate the product :P
First, allow me to be succinct and blunt: This item is a rip-off. Many of the other one star reviews accurately report the product's problems and the issues with it's advertising. There is nothing heavy duty about this bed frame.
Now, for those of you that like a review with a bit of substance:
The frame railings are decidedly narrow pieces of metal; I believe I recall another reviewer saying that they were all 1 inch wide (in comparison to the 1.5+ inches that can be found in some other frames), and that is completely accurate. Despite the rails having two "edges" or sides (basically a right angle made out of metal), the folding arms that you connect to assemble the base frame simply feel flimsy due to the lack of material used in their construction. The advertised steel used to produce the frame also seems to be the opposite of dense. I needed a queen frame to replace a full frame, and the old full frame I possessed (which had -no- center support bar) felt heavier than this thing.
The pictures on Amazon (and other retailers) are relatively misleading, as the whole thing -looks- like it should be sturdy, but it is not. The center legs, at the head and foot of the frame, are cylinders of plastic attached by a single screw that passes through a hole in the overlapping rail arms and into the cylinder's top. These legs themselves seem weak and cheap, but the biggest problem with them is that they are affixed by that single screw to rail arms that aren't sturdy to begin with.Read more ›

This is the frame I used for my toddler bed to full size. Its ok. Couldn't use the middle part. Does not come with any screws. Read more
Easy to put together, but one leg (corner) bent the first time I tried to move the bed/frame. I was able to bend the leg back into proper position. Read morePublished 2 days ago by joey nelson
Works great! However, we thought it was a king-sized bed frame. Whoops! It is a Kings brand bed frame. Read morePublished 4 days ago by Jordan
