1. I felt warm in my heart several times when I read about Y'honatan and David.
2. David and Sha'ul asked Yahweh for help when they were in desperate situations, but Yahweh only answered David and delivered him from the situations. I believe this is because David obeyed Yahweh and had a good relationship with him.
3. My native language is Chinese. Although during reading I always met the words that I didn't understand, this didn't become the hindrance for me to read through and understand the main meaning. It might be because I had read Old Testament of the Holy Bible once, and had some background knowledge about this part of history.
In a word, I love reading this novel, and look forward to reading the next one in the series.
Kudos to the author as this is his first novel. I hope to see more of his work in the future.
