I ordered 32GB for a Dell T310 server. Actually tested the memory briefly in two different T310 servers, one running Windows Server 2008R2, and the other running VMWare ESXI, where the memory will stay. Memory worked just fine in both servers. Great value compared to the $1100 upgrade fee Dell charges to order a T310 equipped with 32GB of memory!

Got 4 for a Dell PowerEdge T310. They work great. 32Gb of Ram!! I'm using Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise with Hyper-V. I'm setting up 4 additional virtual machines in this server. 32Gb of Ram + Intel Xeon x3440... excellent performance.

works as expected on a Dell R410
Be sure to CAREFULLY review the documentation of your server.

For exemple, on a R410, If you want to use your RAM in ECC mode, you would have to populate ports 1+2 of each processor, and activate the "advanced ECC mode"in the bios.

Also in this mode the max allowed RAM is 32 GB
