I haven’t had graham crackers in YEARS. I’ve bought these a few times already. Yes sometimes they come cracked but honestly so do the non gluten free ones at times. Also if you’ve been gluten free for a while now you would come to realize by now that gluten free items are hardly stable and tend to crumble or be dense.
The purpose for these crackers were not for s’mores but for a pie crust. One box equals one pie crust. I’ve made a key lime pie and cheesecake so far. None survived for the photos, it was that good.
Nobody could tell it was gluten free, so that’s always a win!
Also worth mentioning, I didn’t have any gluten reactions from these.
