Remember the feeling of danger you felt stretching out rubber bands as a kid? That thrill of knowing that the more you pulled, the more power you were putting behind that rubber band to fly across the room? Now, we aren't allowed to tell you to shoot our resistance bands across rooms to hit your classroom rivals. However, we can promise that feeling of thrill and satisfaction, in the form of burning soreness in your muscle fibers from the intensity of a resistance band workout. Studies have shown that elastic resistance training increases muscle strength and decreases body fat, often more so than free weight and machine training. In one study at Louisiana state university, testers found that resistance band training strengthened rotator-cuff muscles of the school's baseball pitchers better than a training program utilizing dumbbells. And unlike heavy and expensive workout machines, resistance bands grant you a full range of motion, allowing you to train your whole body instead of just one muscle group. With our resistance bands, you won't lose 10 pounds in 10 days or build 6-pack abs in a week. But you will challenge your body, increase your fitness level, and build strength- all with just one portable, lightweight, kinzi band set. Set of five 48-inch long colored bands includes: yellow (2-4 lbs), blue (4-6 lbs), green (10-12 lbs), black (15-20 lbs), and red (25-30 lbs). Includes a door anchor, ankle strap, exercise chart, and carrying case. Any questions? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org- we'll respond within 24 hours.

I figured for under $20, they're definitely worth a shot. I will mention that this is the first set of resistance bands I have owned, but definitely not the first set I've used. I was an avid user of the TRX and resistance band exercises while I was going to the gym.
I've had these for about a week and they've been working perfectly well. I havent noticed any punctures, holes, tearing, etc. I really like the variety that was included with this set, and the optional to use them with a door, making them adjustable for users of all levels and sizes.
If you haven't used these for exercise before, they're super easy to use: you just put the door stopper in the door on the edge of the with the hinge, close the door and slip the band through the loop of the door stopper. You can adjust the height of the door stopper to differ what exercises you are doing: I love to do high and low bicep curls, tricep pull down, and have yet to try a modified squat and deadlift with some dumbbells I have.
There are a couple of things that I noticed about these bands that made them stand out. First, the carabineers that let you attach the bands to either the ankle straps or the handles makes changing the bands a cinch. I am also a fan of the door stop - its small and can be easily swapped out with one of the other attachments, and works with multiple styles and sizes of doors. I was happy to see the included booklet - which I didn't need, but I can definitely see it being useful for someone starting out.
I am definitely pleased with my purchase and looking forward to getting back on track.
This is a high quality product which is made well and comes complete with a carry-all bag. Everything stores in it own bag and it's easy enough for my sister to put in her large purse or travel with it. I didn't even know they made such a thing ... but I am so happy that I decided to take the chance and buy this product as it has changed her life for the better. She has told that her range of movement has increased. I couldn't be more pleased.
These have a heft to them--I've used bands that felt extremely flimsy--I was afraid to even use them. These can stretch quite a bit--the manual reassures that this is normal, but not to over-stretch the. Briefly: stretching of around 6-8 times is possible (the max they can be stretched before becoming unsafe). 3x is the normal length for exercise (a note: if you find yourself needing to go beyond this, you may need a stronger band).
Included are 12 exercises you can do with the bands, with the name for the exercise and/or the muscle group used. Naturally not everyone will be able to do all the exercises shown (and as is always recommended, consult with your healthcare professional if you aren't used to exercising or are new to resistance training).
The door anchor seems sturdy. The illustration in the manual makes it seem longer it is, but it's long enough to be able to use with most doors. If you have a flimsy particleboard door, DO NOT use the door anchor. Before using the door anchor, make sure your door will support the weight it will be bearing.
I can't yet comment on the ankle strap as I haven't tried it, though I can say that it appears to be as sturdy as the other components.
