Love the flavor and ease of use . And it's made in the USA. However my only issue is with the shipping . I bought 2 jars and they put shipping tape around the middle.. When you take the tape off ...you take the labels off with it. Maybe use stretch wrap next time.

I use Kirkland minced garlic in any dish I can, and I measure it with love (LOTS of garlic)! Garlic is so good for you, and this way I can have it year round, on hand, and ready to go for any meal. I do spoon the garlic into a little bowl and rinse it off to remove any residual citric taste, and this method works great, so easy and fast, it takes only 30 seconds for multiple rinses until the water is clear. Highly recommended product, and YES, I received two.

Soooo good, soooo easy, soooo rich. Steve Doocy teaches us in his wonderful cook books to go for the easiest, quickest, cheapest method of cooking. For years I have bought the garlic cloves, either put them into a press after peeling them, or smacked them with the flat side of a knife. Then there's the mess to clean up... Not to mention finding that clove in the refrigerator drawer that has started growing green wings before their final flight to the trash can.
I just open the refrigerator, grab this jar and a spoon and can always have the perfect amount. I can't tell the difference in taste from this and fresh cloves. Great taste and ease for the money.

I want to note that I reviewed one plastic jar of the minced garlic. The listing says, "3 pound (pack of 2)." I expected two 1.5 lb jars (24 oz each). Instead I received 1 jar that was 48 oz. I don't know how long garlic lasts, but it's a little disappointing to get such a huge jar. I did get what I paid for, but it was definitely misleading.

that this brand and size, can be purchased at Costco........for under 6 dollars. As of today's date. This means, that I could've spent the same amount at Costco, and it woul;ve gotten me 2 and a half jars. It is good, and intend to purchase at Costco when I need more. Thank you.
