To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I use this primarily for bagels and pretzels. Pretzels get a quick lye bath before baking and are notorious for sticking (and etching or damaging non-steel pans). Bagels get a quick par-boil in a malt syrup bath before baking and can also stick badly if you don't use a pre-soaked bagel board, which is a bit too much for most home bakers. Both also bake at 450-460 F, which is above the recommended limit for this parchment. In both cases, this parchment still works fine, but is better if greased; if ungreased, the paper has to be peeled off the bagels/pretzels but holds up well. Paper can be laid/slid directly onto baking stone for better bake. Paper can scorch at these temps, but does not burn and is not a problem for a 20 minute bake. For more normal/expected uses, like cookies and en papillote, this parchment works perfectly with no issues at all. Good value.
I've been an avid home chef and baker for over 20 years. I've love parchment paper for all the amazing things it helps me achieve in the kitchen. Cookies are delightfully crispy on the bottom and the paper allows me to slide freshly baked cookies on to my cooling rack without any misshapen casualties. I line my loaf and cake pans with this paper and never need to butter and/or flour my bakeware any more. Using this paper also turns out wonderfully crisp oven fries and pizza crust. The size of these rolls is ample enough to cook half a filet of salmon en papillote. This paper is also my secret to deliciously crispy and warm grilled cheese sandwiches (without dirtying a pan or grill)- I fill sandwiches with cheese and other fillings, tightly wrap bread, brushed with olive oil in the paper and pop them in the oven for 10 minutes. PB&J sandwiches are stellar this way too. This paper is an excellent value, I typically buy it directly from the warehouse store, but it is a seasonally stocked item and I was in dire need of more parchment paper. Despite the higher price here versus in store, it is worth every penny and I was happy with how quickly it arrived!
Several years back we picked up Kirkland Parchment Paper at Costco. It works far better than aluminum foil for french fries, fish and other oven-cooked things. Cookies just slide off the sheets. Cleanup is simple: toss the used parchment sheets -- usually after several uses -- into the compost bin. Unfortunately, the product disappeared from Costco's shelves (and we checked at five or more locations). Grocery store parchment seems lighter weight and definitely smaller and shorter rolls. Saved (again) by Amazon. The original Kirkland product in the original twin pack. Great stuff.
I USED to be able to buy this at costco, but haven't found it for years there... I was thrilled to be able to get these on Amazon! It's 2 really big rolls - a lot bigger than the tiny ones you can get at my local area stores. One roll lasts me many months, but I don't use it daily. It's an awesome way to bake fish.. line cups and such when baking making cleanup easier and a no fat option to non stick cooking. If you wet the parchment paper and crunch it, you can mold it into any pan or baking dish and trim excess with ease. I am thrilled to find these huge rolls in a 2 pack and delivered right to my door.
We're very happy with this parchment paper. We use it for everything; cooking and baking. Nothing sticks to it whatsoever. One of my favorite things about the box itself is that its blade actually cuts through the parchment paper. I'm so tired of buying parchment paper where the blade on the box is so cheap, it ends up being a hassle trying to get it to cut it and it turns out all uneven / torn. The boxes contain a large amount of paper for an awesome price.
My mom's in her sixties and she says that she's always just used aluminum foil to line her pans, but she was impressed with how much this parchment paper prevents messes / reduces your time washing dishes and keeps baked goods from sticking, so she's planning on buying some herself.
Here's a picture of my most recent parchment lined cookie sheet. I took the photo because I was so thrilled that I tore off a "perfect piece".

This is the first parchment paper where I experience that everything - cookies, bread etc.- stick to the baking. In the case of the bread, I actually had to use a grater to remove it and even then, it didn't all come off. I have been using parchment for years and this has never happened before. I would neither reorder nor recommend.
This Parchment is my favorite brand. Strong, easy to clean rosin from and stands up to a significant amount of pressure. Love for making cookies and any other baking needs as well. Recommend 100% for any culinary or Rosin pressing needs.
