Editorial Reviews

From Publishers Weekly

For women who are tired of getting burned, Erica Dankoff and Muara Johnston say: don't get madget even! Kiss-Off Letters to Men: Over 50 Zingers You Can Use to Send Him Packing, Mess with His Head, or Just Plain Dump Him is packed with laughs for girls only. Written in the form of Dear John letters, these sassy entries take insulting men ("What a roach-infested soul you have") and, at times, scaring the pants off them ("The stick came out blue and the rabbit is dead") to a whole new level.

When I read this book, I realized these women must have dated my ex-boyfriends because they hit the nail right on the head. Every girl will find at least one letter they can relate to in this book and every girl will find herself laughing at how silly dating, romance, and break-ups can be. A real pick-me-up for anyone going through a rocky time!

Well, this book is a ton of laughs, it's what every girl must own just incase she ever has to tell a guy off and just can't seem to come up with the words herself. My favorite letter is the first hate letter. This is a really funny book.

This is really not what I expected. WHY?
1) Letters were really immature
2) So for little kids
3) Kiss off Letters to MEN?? Should be Letters to BOYS
Yes, it's sort of funny but there were nothing particulary so great/new about this book or anything particularly "wow"!

First let me say, I received this book as a gift from a friend at the most perfect time- right as a 4 year long relationship was ending. After reading it I felt a bit more empowered to survive the dating rituals with the male species. With a combination of the various witty retorts I am now armed for a come back. The book definately gave me an evening of laughter in which I could forget my short falls and be glad I was not in some of the humorous situations listed in the book.
Definately buying more copies to pass along to friends!

This book is absolutely hysterical. I laughed so hard I cried. There is a letter for every dating situation and believe me, I could have used many of them over the years!

This is a really funny book. I can relate to almost all of these dating situations. I think every woman should have one on hand. Clever concept!
