My only complaint is the tiny black screws at the pipe connection points. They are so shallow that they are hard to get started into their threaded holes, and such weak metal that the small Phillips head strips easily if you don't have it started/threaded right. They need to add a few millimeters to the screw or use better steel. Once assembled these black screws get covered up by the plates that secure the baskets to the frame- so when or if the cart starts to loosen or wobble, it's their fault and you'll have to remove the basket and plate just to get to them to tighten or replace them. I suggest taking one to the hardware store and springing for a bag of 10 longer and stronger screws of the same size before you begin.
Other than that flaw they are awesome, and I'll probably buy another as soon as I settle on what I'll use the first for.
