How to use Get perfect results in just three easy steps:
1. Clip the Kitchen Gizmo Sous Vide Circulator onto a pot or container. Add water to in between the Min and Max lines.
2. Place your food and all ingredients in a bag. Seal the bag and clip to the side of the pot.
3. Set the temperature and timer to the preferred setting.
That is it! Enjoy the best-cooked meal you have ever had.
You do not need an expensive vacuum sealing machine, just use the water displacement method. Slowly lower the bag with the ingredients inside and allow the water to push out all the air, then close the bag tightly. That is it!

Notes: - It honestly takes pretty long to cook anything, so plan in advance. Leave larger things overnight, just makes sense with the timing.
- Meat tastes just fine without having to 'brown' it over a grill or oven, don't know what people are complaining about.

Before using this Sous Vide Machine, I normally cooked the steak in the oven, and a lot of factors can cause the steak to be unevenly or over cooked, such as high temperature, unevenly distributed heat. As a result, the steak is either the interior is too raw, or exterior gets burned. Sometimes, I used the pot boil the steak, which made it even harder to control the temperature. Consequently, the steak lost a lot of water and became over contacted and solid.
With this product, cooking (steak, lamb, oysters, shrimp, lobster, vegetable etc.) could be so easy, by simply setting the correct temperature and time, and let the sous vide machine do the rest. The sous vide machine allows the hot water to circulate in the pot, so the food can be evenly heated. Upon the time it’s done, machine will turn off automatically, protecting the food from being over cooked. One suggestion here, a steel pot might be a better option over pots with other materials, as it has better thermal conductivity, which allows the temperature to drop quickly after the cooking process is completed, so the water and flavor inside the food will be well preserved.

Easy to use menu. I say dangerous because now I can't stop myself from buying packs of steaks at the store. Did a filet mignon for the first time a couple weeks ago and came out literally perfect. Never tried to do tenderloin before because it's so expensive! and in addition, if you're not an expert steak cooker, you can easily ruin it. With this tool, all those worries are gone. Perfect steaks everytime you need them. I can't ask for anything more. Happy customer here :)
