These rolling mats are amazing. Any person who says they're too stiff or that they're difficult to use is an idiot. I've made inside out rolls, mini rolls, caterpillar rolls and nothing sticks. I love these and have been using them a lot. The are easy to clean - throw 'em in the dishwasher and go again. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to waste plastic wrap for sticky inside out rolls.

I have a similar sushi mat we like very much because it’s easier to clean than bamboo and we don’t have to wrap it in plastic wrap to keep it clean. These are not nearly as good as the other one I purchased. They are very stiff and make rolling the sushi very difficult. I will be looking for a more flexible mat like the other one I have.
