From Kitchen Supply, Super Parchment, the incredible Never-Stick Baking Liner. No need to grease the pan. Even the stickiest, most delicate cookies slide off easily without breaking or tearing. 13-inch by 17-inch sheets can be cut to fit any size pan. Washable and reusable hundreds of times.
Kitchen Supply Super Parchment is ready to use without additional preparation in most cases. It can be used either side up. No greasing is necessary. Super Parchment can be used in microwave and conventional ovens and the cooking time is not affected. For cookies, place the Super Parchment on the cookie sheet and place the cookie dough directly on the Super Parchment. Do not grease. If necessary, cut to size so that the Super Parchment Paper does not come over the edges of the pan being used. Easily slip the baked cookies off the sheet when ready. For cakes and brownies, line a square or rectangular baking pan with Super Parchment Paper by putting it on the bottom of the pan and carefully folding up the corners and sides. Allow at least 10 minutes to cool before turning out onto a cooling rack and peeling off the Super Parchment. For Pancakes, Super Parchment Paper can be used directly on large pancake griddles by pouring the batter onto the Super Parchment. Make sure the sheet does not stick out from the edge of the griddle. Cut to size if necessary. To clean, wipe with a damp sponge or paper towel. It can also be wash more thoroughly with detergent and water. Super Parchment Paper is not damaged by boiling water or soaps.
Additional Care and Use Instructions: 1. Do Not expose to temperatures in excess of 550 degrees F. 2. Do Not expose to open flames, hot burners, gas or charcoal grill surfaces. 3. Do Not use sharp or metal utensils. 4. Do not cut ON the Super Parchment. 5. Do Not allow the Super Parchment to exceed the size of the pan being used.
Make any baking sheet nonstick with Super Parchment, a silicone-coated nonstick liner that provides the optimum baking surface. Used with either side up, the Super Parchment works well in conventional or microwave ovens and on large pancake griddles. It requires no greasing or buttering and easily releases cookies, cakes, meringues, and anything else that may stick to the cooking surface. "The Super Parchment is a Teflon-coated nylon fiber. It does not contain any silicone."
The description on Amazon is incorrect. I haven't used this parchment paper, so I can't evaluate how well it works. But as I was intending to buy a silicone liner and an uncoated baking sheet as part of an effort to phase out the fast-dying Teflon cookware from my kitchen, this doesn't exactly serve my purpose, and I will be returning it.
That's not acceptable. If the actual material it's made of is being kept secret, it's something I don't want to use. We're hearing that the effects of silicone sheets on food may be less safe than we think, and that some of these sheets have fiberglass coated in silicon material - definitely not what anyone wants, as tears or cuts could be a health risk.
They won't tell me what it's made of, I won't buy it.

I bought one of these after having repeated problems with parchment paper and a demonstrated inability on the part of both myself AND my son to perfect the magic wrist twist/nose twitch required to get a pizza off the paddle and INTO the oven (ingredients sprayed all over the oven or the pie falling in part or in whole on the rack or door instead of on the pizza stone do not count as "in the oven").
I've been using it for 6 months now with no sign of degradation. Store it rolled, not folded. I use it for pizza, bread, and cookies. No more sticking to the pan, no more deflated baguettes, no more soggy parchment paper that promptly turns black in the oven. Simplicity to clean, just wipe it off with a soapy sponge and rinse. I have a tension curtain rod mounted over the sink between my cabinets where I hang a hand towel, I just hang this over the rod to dry.
It does need to be cut to size so it doesn't hang over the edge of your cookie sheet or baking pan.
I plan on getting enough to cut to size for all my cookie sheets and cake pans as well as the baking stone.
