Received a used set of 8, not 10, 8. These had clearly been returned from another previous purchase.

The construction of these is solid and definitely good quality but I'm not paying full price for a less than complete set of used cookware.

The manufacturer made a nice product but Amazon dropped the ball.

I have 14 inch wok both steel and nonstick. The 15 inch is way better cooking stir-fried foods in terms if width and depth. It's important to note that stainless steel wok needs to be pre seasoned before cooking. with just a few drops of cooking oil and spread it in the entire area then preheat in a low flame. the buttom area is not entirely flat but it distributes heat really well on electric burners.
Cons: It doesn't come with lid

Happy with it so far, other than two design quibbles. The extra 1/4" that makes it roomier is also making it hard to find a lid that fits, and it looks like KitchenAid doesn't make one. I have a round pizza pan that fits decently, but it's not convenient to use without a handle. The other minor issue is that the handle is fairly narrow, making the heavy pan slightly unwieldy and hard to hold in one hand when it has food in it. It's a nice pan, but I wish I had just bought the regular 12" pan with lid.

I hadn't used a stainless steel pan in the past so I was a little worried about how hard it would be to clean. I've come to really love this pan. Cleaning is a breeze, anything stuck on just requires a little more elbow grease or boiling water and scraping the bottom to get the last bits off. I plan on replacing my other frying pans with stainless soon.

Heat is held very well and disperced evenly, the handles stay cool enough to hold and adjust the pans while cooking, metal is thick with 2 C's and very well made. Heats up perfectly. Steel pans will take a few tries to get the hang of if all you've ever used is nonstick but it's hard to go back once you get used to these. It can get a sear on your protein that simply won't happen with nonstick and without the hassle of seasoning a cast iron pan. I encourage you to pick this skillet over others and to read up on steel cookware a little to get the basics down.

Also have some cooking wine ready because you're gonna deglaze the most beautiful browned flavors off this one while cooking. Enjoy!

P.S. if you have hard water you will notice some mineral deposits in the shape of cloudy residue on the pan. Don't fret, some white vinegar will clear that right up.

Se ve y se siente sólido un poco pesado pero por lo mismo del material, hasta ahorita el antiadherentes funciona perfectamente y se siente de muy buena calidad. Cuando compre este sartén también compre uno más barato de granito y uno más caro de acero inoxidable de los tres este es el que más me gustó el de acero es muy bueno pero al no tener ningún antiadherente es algo complicado de usar con ciertos alimentos el de granito aunque hasta ahorita funciona bien si se siente de menor calidad, por esto desde mi punto de vista este es un buen sartén calidad, precio.
