Nylon is a very bad material for a spatula. We don't cook at high temps. Normally cooking eggs as omelets and just regular old time cooking like people have been doing for decades. This is more a review on the material rather than the brand. However, many brands now think Nylon is a great material for a spatula. As a matter of fact you have to dig to find a spatula that is NOT made of this material that is horribly suited for this purpose. We've thrown away one nylon spatula already made by another brand and this one will also go into the garbage. Even though we have never tasted nylon in our food with this, the evidence is clear to see.
