So, it does everything it says it does and actually does it very well. What you see in the listings images really are what this attachment can do and is representative of how well it does it. I never expected a machine could dice like this one does, especially while having so many different functions.
It's performance is incredible. What else is great about it? THE BLADES HAVE THEIR OWN STORAGE CONTAINER ORGANIZER! They supply you with a sturdy box with a clear locking lid that houses all the blades so you don't have a drawer or cupboard full of loose blades. It's awesome!!!
All the blades have their very own spot, and you can see all of it with the lid closed.

I have several attachments for my Kitchen Aide, including a series of slicers and shredders. Love them all! I own a Kitchen Aid food processor which I also love and is a work horse. However, this one is a dream!!! The dicer alone is worth the cost! Kitchen Aid really stepped it up with all the blades and cleaning tools in their own storage box instead of being loose like several of the other attachments.
Garden was coming in and we were spending hours slicing, dicing, chopping. Saw a lady using this attachment on YouTube to make cowboy candy and bought one after I saw her chopping jalapeños. I included pic of bowl diced jalapeños that took a total of 3 minutes to dice using this attachment. Talk about a time saver! Dicer comes with a push through tool to clean the blade which makes cleaning a breeze and safe!
If you can, cook for large crowds or just need to expedite food prep...don't hesitate! I used every blade the first week and several times after.

I’ve been eyeballing this a long time as a gardener. I get massive quantities of food to process all at one time and preserve. This definitely makes my job easier. However, it does not work very well for dicing tomatoes. I was hoping to use it to diced tomatoes for salsa, but the great gets clogged up and it just comes out mush. Slices tomatoes well though! Overall happy with purchase.
