Top Customer Reviews
After all of the dough was rolled out, I attached the spaghetti cutter, which was a breeze to use. It takes no time at all to feed all of the dough strips into the cutter. I left the spaghetti noodles on my marble cutting board to dry for a few hours. Then I only needed to boil in the salted water for 3-4 minutes. The dough was firm but not mushy, and held the sauce quite well.
Altogether, I probably invested about 45 minutes of active time to produce a batch of dough large enough for 4-6 servings. Of course, it's easier to just buy a box of pasta at the grocery store, but making it is so much fun and the results are delicious. Can't wait for my next batch !
