Looking for a Better Way to Zest? Look No More, All You Need is the KitchenIQ Better Zester.
Using the Better Zester is just fun! Never before has Zesting been so effortless. The combination of the V-etched teeth and non stick coating allow the zester to skim across the surface of rough citrus smoothly while producing thin wisps of flavorful zest without grating into the bitter pith.
The Secret Behind the Magic
No More Zesty Fingers or Wondering How Much Zest You have Grated
For too long cooks have had to remove the zest from graters by running their finger across the back of the blade, who wants a citrus covered finger? The Better Zester is designed to eliminate this problem. Zest without the mess.
How much zest do you need? It’s all in the container. If the recipe calls for a tsp. of lime zest, or ½ tsp. of lemon zest. Don’t bother using a measuring spoon. The KitchenIQ Better Zester container is marked with measurements in tsp. and ml. Just what the baker asked for!
The squeegee inside the container runs along the back of the blade and removes the wet zest.
Features & Benefits of the Better Zester
V-etched Zester Blade for Zesting all types of citrus - Oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit etc. Over 300 V-etched teeth use the shear action of their patent pending V- shapes to produce even, uniform cuts while using minimal force. The Non- stick coating allows foods to glide across the blade smoothly and makes clean up fast and easy. The Fresh Zest container holds the freshly grated zest and allows cooks to place the zest easily into their dishes,. The squeegee slides across the back of the blade removing the flavor rich moist zest from the back side of the blade. The frame of this unique Zester is formed with a slight curve allowing a smoother, more steady stoke when zesting. (Or what some call violining! Now just call it better zesting!)
Features: Patent pending V-etched Zester Blade for zesting all types of citrus, Patent pending non-stick coating for smoother zesting and easy clean up, Fresh zest storage container with measurements, Squeegee for easy zest removal, Non slip tip, Ergonomic soft touch handle, Reusable cover, and the Better Zester is Dishwasher Safe Top Rack Only.

It works great, storing the zest in the little tray that easily removes. I'm one who zests several lemons, limes and oranges and then freezes the zest and this little tray makes it so easy to just drop it in one bunch onto a piece of freezer wrap.
The price is great for this zester and you'll NOT regret having bought it once you start using it...
I recommend this zester to everyone!!
