    This meter is shocking nice. I've been in electronics and electrical circuitry for 45 years and this is a very nice meter. You will love it.
    I have one request to the manufacture. The case is nice but lacks an inside sleeve or outside pouch to hold the manual, extra lead tips, etc. Also, it would be nice to design the case so you can keep the meter inside fold back the cover and use the unit without removing it from the case if desired. Otherwise, I'll need to buy a third party case.

    I would recommend this meter to anyone who is looking for a very high quality and Tough Meter.

    I have not seen better.

    Klein hit the ball out of the park with this meter.

    I wanted to upgrade my current multimeter and the Klein MM720 seemed to check all the boxes. Great value for the features, excellent display, rugged. I needed the LoZ feature and the choice of meters is limited.

    Upon my first use of the Klein on a 12v car battery I thought something was wrong. I stuck the probes on and surprisingly it took a few seconds to come up with a reading. Hmm. So I tried again and same thing. Tried other batteries and same thing. It was taking a couple+ seconds to stabilize on a reading.

    After reading some other posts I eventually found others with the same comment and I knew it was not me causing it. For whatever reason this meter is just slow to show. Too slow to show for me. It might be just fine for others but I need a quicker response time. I read reviews prior to purchase but just not enough to weed out uncovering this particular DC response time.

    I found you can set the DC range manually and if you set it within the range you are measuring you will get a very quick response. This meter as with most meters comes up Auto ranging. And that Auto ranging seems to be where the slow down originates. Setting it to manual though takes a little extra effort especially if you want that quick response each and every time you power up. Miss the correct manual range and you get an OL until you set the right range thus taking even more time.

    I also did a couple checks with AC voltage and the gap between the two is less than DC but the Fluke 117 is still quicker. I did not end up checking any other performance parameters of the MM720.

    I decided to just make the jump in investment to the Fluke 117. That got me the LoZ of course plus automatic AC/DC selection and built in NCV tester or voltage stick. I lose temp but that is ok. Downside it is considerably more expensive. More than I wanted to spend but Merry Christmas to myself I guess. I expect it to last a very very long time.

    The video shows the comparison between the 117 and 720 clearly showing a pretty close to immediate result vs a couple seconds using a slightly discharged 12v UPS battery. Could very well be a non-issue for many users.

    All in all this Klein MM720 would likely be a great tool addition for many. It can't be beat for the features it provides. Performance is not where I need it to be in the DC voltage area.

    From what I experienced I would still recommend the Klein MM720 especially compared to the multitude of extremely inexpensive meters you find. It would still be a great investment for many at its price point.

    Nowhere near the price of a ‘decent’ multimeter, but properly good tool. I can’t justify the cost of a fluke, but need something proper, and this is perfect. Spent many many years with maplin multimeters, which were great, this fits that bill, solid, reliable, accurate but not an arm and a leg.

    I purchased this unit recently and it has been great.
    I have used this meter for everything and it is the perfect alternative to an expensive Fluke brand. This professional multimeter does more than what I need.
    I have used the MM700 to diagnose and fix my Microwave, Stove, Home electrical wiring, Central A/C, vehicle wiring plus various continuity tests.
    I would definitely recommend and this device because it is very handy for your home and shop use.
