Assembly is not to be tackled by a youngster. The boxes alone weigh around 100 pounds. I advise folks to read the instructions from front to back BEFORE they get started. There are more picture/illustration, with only few written instructions. It is not rocket science, so take your time and have about an 8 x 10 area to assemble. This is no big deal as there is only on way to put these things together. Just remember they get heavy as you build. I did two by myself in 3 hours. Pay attention to the correct orientation of four legs BEFORE you get started.
Make sure ALL of the threaded holes are "run in" and use a small amount of lube on the screws. You may want to have a 6mm "tap" handy in case you have trouble with paint in fastener threads. Take your time. These cabinets are perfect for display of your finest models.
