It is common sense, PLUS a whole lot of stuff I would never have thought about. Resumes are important, yes, but picking up that phone, making contacts, having something to say when you call, all matter, and he gives good insight for the particulars of what to do/say.
He also gives advice for the interview questions that will invariably come up. I am preparing on my responses now, before my interviews come up
