Stillman continues his story of the Wiccan Witch, Gail and her new found love the P.I. Investigator, Jeff. These two complement each other even though they come from different worlds. With a few spells and some serious business, Jeff and Gail’s love continue to grow.
Jeff takes on a P.I. case that is very personal to Gail and her Wiccan friend. Can he solve the case and keep Gail safe?
You will have to read the book to find out. Even though there are some sexually explicit scenes the author continues to enhance the story with input from the Wiccan Religion with good taste.
I love these two characters. They compliment each other perfectly.
Amongst the spells and sexy description lies a mystery plot. An enjoyable read that has fun, despite the seriousness of Jeff’s work. 5 stars.
To Know You is to Love You by G.E. Stills is the second book in a series, however, it could easily be read as a stand-alone book. This paranormal-romance-thriller is short and simple, so it is easy entertainment for a plane ride.
To Know You is to Love You continues the story of Gail and Jeff. Gail is a red-headed Wiccan and her beliefs have led to attacks. Jeff, an ex-military sniper turned vigilante P.I., met Gail when she hired him for protection in book one. In this second novella, Gail helps Jeff find the men who are responsible for attacking members of covens in Arizona and New Mexico.
The premise of the story line is creative. The detail of the Wiccan rituals and beliefs is detailed. Although I don’t know much about Wiccan practices and beliefs, the descriptions seemed more believable/realistic than most fictionalized “witch” practices.
I found the start of the book to be slow in pace and the character interactions felt stiff. The pace picks up dramatically in the second half of the book as Jeff is in hot pursuit of the villains. The plot is very simple. The characters are rather one-dimensional. I would have appreciated more dialogue between characters as well as richer descriptions of characters and settings.

This book can be read as part of a series or as a stand alone. Gail and Jeff are back for more adventure.
The book was slow in places, and I didn't get the feel of the character interaction like with the first book. However, when it got into the action or romance scenes, it picked up rapidly. The details of the Wiccan beliefs and rituals is more realistic than most I have read.
This book is a good read, and one I hope others may enjoy.
If you are interested in a book series to fall in love with, this is one.
Love the way Jeff is with his little witchy.
