Great battery charger for the money.
recieved promptly in 3 days after ordering. Was packaged very nicely and the unit is made of high grade materials. Even the batteries I would venture to say are better than the amazon basic batteries you can purchase off of here. It is a 16 bay charger and as a photographer I can genuinely appreciate that as most of my equipment takes AA's and it charges them at a fast enough pace for me to have 2 sets and play round robin with the live/dead ones to keep going on a shoot.
I don't have difficulty loading AAA's as other reviews here were saying and the batteries stay relatively cool while charging. The only OCD thing I noticed is that it takes a little longer for the battery to get the last bar of charge on it than all the others. Not sure if this is intentional but just something I noticed.

Knox 16 Bay Loves All My Rechargeable Batteries...So I Love It...

I have only had this charger a very short while, but it is working great. The image of the Knox charger with an assortment of various brands of rechargeable batteries is mine. I like the individual meters for each battery and the relatively plain black design. Even better that this charger comes with a full whack of additional batteries (I have two boys and am always charging batteries for this or that). I charge overnight, so I'm not real concerned with how fast these chargers work, so no real review of "speed" here. I'm just glad it seems to like whatever I plug into it - even the odd-ball 600mAh batteries that I have in a few solar powered lamps. I will update this review if I do come across any issues in the future.

The product is described as a 16-bay RAPID battery charger.
Four of my 2100 mAh Duracell batteries (and nothing else) have been sitting in this charger since 3 pm, and it's almost 10 pm, they are still not fully charged. These are relatively new and in my "old" 4-cell chargers they are full in a matter of a couple of hours ... three hours, at the most. Considering the length of time this device takes to fully charge the batteries, I might as well use my two 4-cell chargers!
I am extremely disappointed with this product, and I am contacting the vendor for replacement or refund.

I bought this product so that I could charge more than 4 batteries at a time. It was shipped with 12 AA batteries (2100 mAh) and 4 AA batteries (1000 mAh). The product build seems sturdy enough, and the individual indicators are one of the features that attracted me to this product. However I had all 16 batteries *properly seated* in the unit for charging It was plugged into the wall from 11:00 am till shortly after *midnight* when they were all finally fully charged.
