I received the item and was excited as first and notice that there were no device to use the top tap to pour the beer. I e-mailed the company and they were informative but I believe that if I'm buying a product that is able to perform A to Z, I should have all of the items to make that happen. This did not come with the item to use the top portion to pour beer, although, they use to sell the item. They indicated that if I purchase another product (Mini Keg like Heineken) then it will come with the device. Why should I purchase a beer that I don't like in order to use the product that I purchased from this company. It's just a cooler....nothing more. Honestly, I will not suggest purchasing this item. Not what I thought it would be.

The problem is not so much with this cooler. It does cool a 5 liter keg, though it took more than 8 hours to go from about 70 deg F to about 35 deg F.
The primary problem is the pressure in a keg like this. At first, all you get is foam. As the keg empties, it gives a good glass. But, as it gets to half full or less, the pressure is so low, beer no longer flows. If I give the keg a swirl, carbon dioxide is relesed enough to repressurize the keg, and I can get some beer out.

If you buy this, consider getting a device that will keep the keg pressurized with CO2 at all times.

Bought this as a cool piece for my room at school. It came missing pieces, does not fit most 5L kegs (mini kegs), and my directions were everything except English (Nor were they French, German, or Italian). I sent back and got a full refund though so at least that end was held up.
Word of advice for all of you though, if you are buying any mini-kegorator be aware that there is still a very limited market out there regarding brands of alcohol. This is not the only one I have tried and the only one that does as it claims was a heinken made product I believe in which is stated the kegs it accepts.
