Every year by June my hostas and flowers are full of holes from grubs and other critters. I wrapped the bottom with of all my plants with this tape and no holes at all yet! I use the full width to wrap around pots, but I cut it in half lengthwise to wrap plants in the ground. Just easier to maneuver. It’s been 2 months and all the tape is still in place and my garden is much prettier!

 With the recent rains, we have had a massive infestation of snails and slugs in our grove. Snail poison just costs too much and doesn't last.

Read up about copper as a deterrent so decided to try it. After knocking a bunch of snails of my cherimoya tree, I wrapped the bottom trunk with two strips of the copper tape. One of the snails decided he wanted back in the tree, so I decided to film him.

As you can see, after 3/4 of his body being exposed to the copper tape, you can tell he really didn't like it. He quickly turned around and never made it to the second piece of copper tape.

Loved this so much I bought 4 more rolls.

Purchased this role after reading the reviews and decided I would buy this nice thick one, as I could cut the tape into strips. I use it to line the rim of my veg pots to stop the slugs.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t stop snails but slugs are my main issue. It has saved quite a few of my plants especially when they are tiny seedlings. If I use a large tray, I just put it around the outside . I also used it round the legs of my shelving in my poly tunnel. It does eventually get the Verdigris layer, but that’s easily buffed off.

Once I’ve run out I shall definitely be purchasing again.

Really displeased with this product and for the price, I expected exceptional results. Now I am stuck with a bunch of copper foil that I can't use for its intended purpose. Will not recommend to guitar users.

Ich war erst skeptisch, da das Band beim Auspacken sehr dünn wirkt; wesentlich dünner als Kupferband, das man in Onlineshops für Musikbedarf beziehen kann. Beim Verarbeiten hat sich meine Skepsis aber sofort gelegt. Das hier angebotene Band lässt sich eben durch die geringere Stärke sehr einfach verlegen, da es bei Rundungen und Kanten weniger Widerstand leistet. Die Klebekraft des verwendeten Klebstoffes ist sehr gut; Einmal auf das raue Holz gedrückt, hält es bombenfest. Trotzdem kann man es notfalls ohne Zerreißen anheben, falls man nochmal nachjustieren muss. Der elektrische Widerstand ist extrem gering. Das Multimeter zeigt, quer über die verklebten Flächen gemessen, so gut wie keinen Widerstand an. Wenn man auch das Schlagbrett von unten damit abschirmt, braucht man keine zusätzlichen Masse-Verbindungen zwischen den Bauteilen wie Potentiometern und Schaltern anlöten, da die Folie dann als gemeinsame Erdung fungiert. Natürlich muss trotzdem die Masse-Verbindung mit der Ausgangsbuchse hergestellt werden, da die Abschirmung ebenfalls geerdet sein muss um ihren Zweck zu erfüllen. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Produkt, das ich auch in meinem nächsten Gitarrenbauprojekt verwenden werde, da selbst nach mehrlagiger Verarbeitung noch genug für mindestens eine zweite Gitarre übrig ist.

El producto es correcto y cumple perfectamente su función, aunque es un poco complicado de utilizar porque la lámina es bastante fina y se rompe si no se hace la instalación con un poco de maña y paciencia.
