For my cabinets this did not work that well. I have rounded edges and various contours on the cabinet doors that made this difficult to position and clamp in place. I used shims and a painters stir stick to get eveything lined up. Was very difficult to keep everything in line as you drill.
It could be improved by having a bigger L to put against the edge of the cabinet. Maybe make it 2 inches instead of 1/2 of an inch.
Either way with some care things worked out, only one drawer handle came out a tad crooked, but it's hard to tell, it so minor... Overall this is decent for the price. If you have flat cabinet door it will work much better for you.
