I had been having a tragically hard time getting over my ex-boyfriend Dan and as fate would have it, I wrote a book about it. It wasn't something that I planned to do, it just happened.
I adore telling stories, which for me means slightly exaggerating the events of my day for the enjoyment of others. I like to think of myself as Dane Cook working on a much smaller scale. If I can get one person to laugh a day, I've accomplished something.
My wish for the book is that it will find a way to help someone.
I'll leave you with the quote from the Hunger Games that I instantly fell in love with.

I can barely move my head around. It's awful!
My feet hurt from dancing in the damn heels.

Blog postI'll see what I can do with this. I have the stare blink from only 5 hours of sleep last night. The bread turned out....interesting, shall we say. It isn't bad, but it is more crumbly than the previous one. It also has a much stronger taste. I think the sourdough and the buckwheat together is too much of a combination. Hey, live and learn. Blog postI have 20 minutes to kill. Yes, it is 12:17am and I'm baking bread. Recently, I've become obsessed with sourdough. You know me, I love new things. So I made a sourdough starter that I have been maintaining on top of my stove. It takes about 30 days to get to full enough flavor that you can share it. It is almost like having a low maintenance pet. Like a fish. I feed it once a day and watch it bubble. So cute :) I've made bread now twice and sourdough pancakes this am. Here is my recipe:

Blog postWe ended up winning 4 games in the second season. The team was very splintered and became extremely negative. One of the players, Jordan, was not that great, but tried really hard. He was constantly yelled at from the bench. The situation got very uncomfortable. We also had another player, Joey, who was very talented, but generally hated by most of the locker room. He was a puck hog and tended to get on the bad side of the refs, which didn't endear him to anyone.
