Tried a highest rated forearm band first. It didn’t really do anything for my sharp elbow tendon pain. I slid this on my forearm and almost immediately my arm felt better.6’1” 230lb muscular- I went with medium. Perfect fit. Most of my clothing is XL, so I was sure I would have needed a bigger sleeve, but I can’t imagine going up a size for this.
