I bought these for my classroom. I teacher gifted and talented students grades 2-4. These cards are a great filler activity for me. They are also my wrap up to a virtual lesson. The kids love them! I also have the other deck of more adult cards with 10 clues instead of 5, they like those too. I can see these as a great game for long car rides with my own kids too!

Five-star for fun, but 3-star for accuracy, question consistency, and my suspicion that their rules were un-tested with real people at real parties. By simplifying the rules (instead of all that points nonsense, just give the first person in the room to answer correctly the card, first player who wins ten cards wins the game, only one answer per person per round - there are five rounds per question) every group had a ton of fun with the game. Using their rules, everyone's eyes glaze over. A couple cards are plain wrong; for example, the Kwizniac brainiac who thinks a shark is a mammal must have been asleep in biology class that day.About 60% of the questions are informative and fun, about 40% are about such arcane pop culture stuff that nobody cares. Just skip the dumb questions and you'll get enough good ones to have a great time (who knew Saturn was just a big ball of gas that weighs less than your dining room table?)

The kids typically pass on this game when asked. We bought this game to play as a family on road trips (ages 12 and down). Everyone seemed bored with it after about a dozen cards. The cards tended to be too obvious (the children would correctly guess on the second clue) and the remaining few were too difficult (the kids had never heard of the answer).
