The marvelous stories and activities in L.A.U.G.H. give permission to laugh about not-so-funny situations, see them from a different perspective, and create the willingness to make a change.
As a psychotherapist and workplace coach I find L.A.U.G.H. to be a valuable resource for helping clients discover humor as a coping tool for dealing with stress, frustration, and anger.
What a 'plus' to find so much personal benefit as well. As I turn the pages, I find my own sense of playfulness returning!
