1) Buy this basic cheapo shower head
2) Use your hands to unscrew the black piece where the water comes out from.
3) Inside you will see a plastic valve that can be easily removed buy poking it out with a screwdriver
4) Poke it out from the front, and it will come out from the small hole in the back that screws on to the pipe
