The quality and craftsmanship seems quite good with most or all of the parts made from some type of metal/alloy. The shower heads have many functions including a massage where the water seems to come out in bursts. The diverter valve also lets you have one, the other, or both shower heads on at the same time. The hand-held hose attached shower head is of course very helpful for cleaning the shower, or if for any other reason you need to spray hard to reach places. It securely attaches to the diverter valve and remains there firmly, and is also quite easy to take in and out. I believe there is a plastic version of this shower head that is not quite as good in this respect, as the plastic flexes easily and does not hold the shower head securely.
Now for the bad: I actually rarely use the multi features on the shower head. Usually just leave it on the regular spray setting. Maybe that's just me. The shower head is rated at 2.5 GPM, although I believe with our high water pressure we're getting more than that. The regulators in these shower heads can vary based on water pressure. With both shower heads on I think we are well over 5 GPM and it's enough to just about empty the hot water heater after a 10 minute shower. So I never use both together. In fact, I never actually use the lower shower head.Read more ›
- There are not 5 functions, I can't quite figure out how they got that, there are 3 sprays; what I call, lots of small streams, low pressure rain fall and lamo-message. I use the lots of small streams 90% of the time, so I am good.
- The valve should be a 4 way valve. you can have water come out both heads, you can have water come out of the wand only or the attached head only, it would be nice if you could turn off the water completely. I had to get a shut off valve lit this: [...]
But this is great for the price I would get it again.
This isn't the most luxurious of shower heads. It's plastic painted like chrome. The hose is pretty standard as showers go. The easy screw-this-into-the-existing-install has it looking a little bulky in a shower.
For me, the important thing is that it works. I did look around to find one that explicitly states you can have water coming from both heads at once, and this one does so nicely. There's is a noticeable reduction in pressure with both on as opposed to just one or the other. I think our house must have less pressure than some of the other reviewers'; i wouldn't mind a little more pressure from having both heads on. The massage settings pretty pathetic when you have water coming from both. I do notice the hot water runs out from our tank, but it's been pretty cold here so i'm not sure if we're taking longer hotter showers, or this thing is spitting out tons of water.
There's a toggle on the side that switches from the main shower head to the hose attached head, to both heads. There are no labels on indicators, but it's pretty easy to switch back and forth and figure it out. One thing to note here: if you start your shower with one shower head and decide "oh, i feel like having the other one on (or both)", you'll want to stand back a bit when switching.Read more ›

So far, so good. No leaks in the parts. Nice stream without high water consumption. Only thing I would change is a little nicer hose that would hang straight.Published on April 3, 2013 by Sean
Is a great value and great product. It was easy to install and with both shower heads open it feels like a massage every time I take a shower. Read morePublished on March 18, 2013 by Deborah A Merithew
This item is okay for the price but not what I was looking for. The hand shower is not very stable and it keeps falling off. The installation was fast and easy.Published on February 16, 2013 by Dorian A. Dillon

For the price, it's a decent product. One thing to be aware of. The tubing looks like it is metal, but it's actually plastic.Published on January 29, 2013 by Segret

No matter how many ways I leave the handheld shower on its holster it falls. It also does not have aeration spray but other than that I love it.Published on April 18, 2012 by ZEUS232323
