If you need to have a scissors, small blade, bottle opener, and a nail file with you all the time, in a very small tool that can be even clipped to your key chain, but easily detached, and you don't mind about the screwdrivers (or may be used for occasional light use), this tool is for you.
If you want to complement your actual tool (like the skeletool), witch doesn't have a pair of scissors, this tool is for you (they look like brothers together, I'll post a picture)
if you are looking to have screwdrivers with you for something more than a very light use, or you want a all in one small tool, this tool is NOT for you.
Pros:
Very small and light.
Excellent scissors.
Looks (at least, for me)
Blade, is nice for its size.
File is nice.
Can be clipped to your key chain, and unclipped easily.
Cons:
Screwdriver are not very strong.
Tweezers are difficult to take out
Bottle opener doesn't feel very strong (but it works)
All in all, a very nice key chain tool.
Edit: I'm rising it to 5 stars. After a little use of the screwdrivers (I've been playing with it all day) , i found that they can handle moderate use. Excellent for such a small tool. This is my third leatherman, and the first one of this type (key chain size). I've uploaded a few pictures, check them out.

If you have a multitool and primarily use is for the knife and scissors then this tool makes a good substitute for a full size Leatherman or Gerber. If you use your tool primarily as a screwdriver and pliers/cutters (like I do), then the Style is not really going to fit the bill for you. This tool is super light though, and is extra convenient with its built in clip (which doubles as a bottle opener). My wife keeps her Style CS clipped to one of the D rings on her purse so it's much more accessible than the Wave was buried inside the purse and in its sheath .
Basically this is a pair of scissors with a few backup tools, but these are REAL scissors, not the ad-hoc ones you get in a normal multitool (even a nice one like the Wave). The scissors are spring loaded with a weird little torsion cam thingy, which is a change from the usual spring bar or external coil spring. These obviously aren't $40 ergonomic scissors so dont expect them to be the most comfortable thing you've clipped some coupons with. The knife blade is small but substantial, and razor sharp. The other tools are adequate for their size, and a nice bonus feature is the added slide-away tweezers, which I have missed from my Swiss Army days. Like Swiss Army tweezers, they are not a great substitute for real tweezers but they'll do the job in a pinch (no pun intended!).
Overall this is a great little tool, and if you're in the market for something that performs these specific multitool functions, then this would be a good all-in-one for you. Although tiny, it does make a statement with its styling, as the "weight saving" holes punched into the body panels do make it stand out more than your average tool.

-Love the carabiner. Attaches to my set of keys so this tool is always at the ready and can open up Heineken bottles, so that's a bonus (to me).
-Scissors. In this small size, typically you get the main tool as pliers, but in everyday life, you will use/need scissors more often than not.
-The knife on this is adequate for opening up packages and stays quite sharp. Not sure if it will stay sharp though with prolonged and sustained use
-File/Screwdriver. What a tough bit on this tool. Handles small tasks for when you need to tighten or unscrew something when you don't have access to your tools, and also works fairly well as a wedge under light circumstances if need be (ie. Need to open up metal split rings to take out or put in keys).
I've had this for approximately two years and I've been almost constantly using it on a near daily basis and I can say I truly depend on it and feel like I can't tackle what happens next if for some reason I left it at home (sounds extreme but you get my drift). I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a portable multi-tool which won't take up much room and has some sensible bits/tools on it.
