This set has been available for a while now, so I would imagine the remaining availability of this set may be shortlived. I would suggest grabbing a few of these sets before they aren't available anymore. Especially considering the newer equivalent set is a beach scene, which has limitations when trying to populate a LEGO city.This set is also the first set to feature a LEGO baby...       So many outstanding minifigures for those trying to start a park or add to a town. This set alone has me and my two grade-schoolers working every night to expand what is now an enormous Lego park with a street and some shops. We've even added a pool (vintage baseplate) and treehouse (available here). This has sparked so many fun ideas for us as well as hilarious role play that is just priceless for a mom. And speaking of price, this set is a *great* deal on minifigs and accessories. Try buying them used! You could pay 5-10 each for the more interesting people. Add some fountains, trees and shrubs and you'll drift away to imagination land too.
