Totally awesome model that took about 12 or so hours to build. Last technics set I built was over 20 years ago and wowee a lot has changed! Moving wheel cradle, rear outriggers, tow boom crane and winch hook. Only bummer is I'll have to go online to build the second crane-truck and trailer model, as those three instruction books are sadly not included. Also it requires 6 AA batteries.

Honestly it was worth just about every penny and I'll probably buy the huge crane 42009 next.

On a side note the free shipping took from order status Sunday morning to delivery on friday and the wait was excruciating! Near as I could tell my precious order sat in amazon limbo for a day-and-a-half while other orders whizzed by it. Bottom line is the free shipping no longer shows up early :-(
